Job Overview

Kafa Construction is looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor who can also handle Document Control responsibilities for villa construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in billing, BOQ preparation, variation tracking, consultant submissions, and maintaining organized project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying

Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material estimations

Prepare monthly IPCs, payment applications, and subcontractor evaluations

Track variations, additional works, and claims

Compare supplier and subcontractor quotations

Assist in procurement coordination and cost control

Maintain project cost records and reports

Document Control

Maintain drawing logs, submission trackers, and revision records

Handle transmittals, consultant submissions, and approval records

Organize project documentation and correspondence systematically

Track pending approvals and consultant comments

Ensure proper document filing and version control

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

Minimum 3–5 years UAE villa construction experience

Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, and documentation processes

Experience handling consultant submissions and project coordination

Good knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD, and construction documentation

Organized and detail-oriented

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
