This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management and guest relations while working in a lively, fast-paced setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late-night check-ins and check-outs using front desk systems.</li><li>Manage overnight reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.</li><li>Conduct nightly financial reconciliations, including balancing cash drawers and updating accounting records.</li><li>Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of guest stays, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks around the property during the night shift.</li><li>Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest or property issues that arise overnight.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel or resort environments.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.</li><li>Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest needs effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette.</li><li>Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management software, and guest services protocols.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills to handle guest relations confidently and courteously.</li><li>Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail and safety standards.
