Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late-night check-ins and check-outs using front desk systems.
• Manage overnight reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
• Conduct nightly financial reconciliations, including balancing cash drawers and updating accounting records.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of guest stays, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks around the property during the night shift.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest or property issues that arise overnight.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel or resort environments.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest needs effectively.
• Proficiency in front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette.
• Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management software, and guest services protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills to handle guest relations confidently and courteously.
