Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities to provide exceptional service and maintain the safety and integrity of our property. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests, managing front desk operations while overseeing financial transactions and ensuring the hotel runs seamlessly through the night. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that leaves guests with a positive impression.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including verifying charges, balancing accounts, and preparing reports for management
  • Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols around the property, and controlling access points
  • Address guest concerns promptly, offering solutions to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
  • Document all shift activities through detailed reports, incident logs, and audit summaries

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably as a Night Auditor or in guest services
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and front desk procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations
  • Familiarity with hospitality standards, guest relations practices, and security protocols
  • Flexibility to work overnight hours including weekends and holidays as needed
