Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced setting, contributing directly to the seamless functioning of our operations.Duties<ul><li>Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and other mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals.</li><li>Conduct appliance repairs and service tasks efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.</li><li>Lead or assist with construction or renovation projects related to facility maintenance when needed.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to restore operations swiftly while adhering to safety protocols.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical equipment.</li><li>Hands-on experience in equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting complex systems.</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration technology.</li><li>Ability to work independently or lead small teams during maintenance or construction projects.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and safety compliance.</li><li>Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus.
