Job Overview We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable, detail‑driven Operations Support Specialist to support daily dispatching, warehouse operations, inventory control, procurement coordination, and occasional field delivery/repair tasks. This role is central to keeping our patient supply chain running smoothly and ensuring accurate, timely service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Dispatch &amp; Scheduling</li><li>Coordinate daily delivery routes and assign tasks to drivers</li></ul>Warehouse Operations<ul><li>Receive, stock, and organize incoming medical supplies</li><li>Prepare outgoing orders and ensure accuracy before dispatch</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Procurement<ul><li>Track stock levels and identify replenishment needs</li><li>Assist with vendor ordering, pricing checks, and procurement follow‑up</li><li>Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in Brightree or internal logs</li><li>Support inventory audits and documentation for regulatory compliance</li></ul>Delivery Backup &amp; Field Support<ul><li>Provide backup delivery support during high‑volume periods or staff shortages</li><li>Load/unload equipment and supplies safely</li><li>Perform basic equipment checks, troubleshooting, and light repairs (non‑clinical)</li></ul>General Operations Support<ul><li>Assist with documentation, logs, and internal reporting</li><li>Support cross‑department workflows to ensure timely patient service</li><li>Communicate issues proactively to management</li><li>Monitor route progress and adjust schedules as needed</li><li>Communicate with patients, caregivers, and staff regarding delivery windows and updates</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or medical supply operations preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Comfortable with basic tools and light equipment troubleshooting</li><li>Ability to lift 50&ndash;75 lbs as needed</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (Brightree experience is a plus but not required)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Stable full‑time schedule</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Training on HME/enteral supply workflows</li><li>Opportunities to grow into advanced logistics or operations roles</li></ul>Why This Role MattersThis position directly supports patient care by ensuring supplies are delivered accurately, on time, and with professionalism.
