Position Overview: We are hiring an HR Executive with strong recruitment skills, preferably from an industrial catering or hospitality background. The role involves end-to-end hiring, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. Candidates with 2&ndash;4 years of HR experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for various hotel departments, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.</li><li>Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.</li><li>Onboarding &amp; Induction: Design and execute structured onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly.</li><li>Employee Relations: Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee queries and grievances professionally.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Documentation: Ensure adherence to labor laws, hotel policies, and maintain accurate HR records.</li><li>Training Support: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating skill development sessions.</li><li>Performance Monitoring: Support appraisal processes and provide inputs for employee growth and retention.</li></ul>Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or industrial catering.</li><li>Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in bulk and specialized hiring.</li><li>Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Cultural Fit: Ability to balance operational rigor with people-centric approach in a fast-paced hotel environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;30,225.28 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
