Position Overview:
We are hiring an HR Executive with strong recruitment skills, preferably from an industrial catering or hospitality background. The role involves end-to-end hiring, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. Candidates with 2–4 years of HR experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for various hotel departments, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding & Induction: Design and execute structured onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly.
- Employee Relations: Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to labor laws, hotel policies, and maintain accurate HR records.
- Training Support: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating skill development sessions.
- Performance Monitoring: Support appraisal processes and provide inputs for employee growth and retention.
Candidate Profile:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or industrial catering.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in bulk and specialized hiring.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Cultural Fit: Ability to balance operational rigor with people-centric approach in a fast-paced hotel environment.
