Position Overview:

We are hiring an HR Executive with strong recruitment skills, preferably from an industrial catering or hospitality background. The role involves end-to-end hiring, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. Candidates with 2–4 years of HR experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for various hotel departments, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Design and execute structured onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly.
  • Employee Relations: Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to labor laws, hotel policies, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Training Support: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating skill development sessions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Support appraisal processes and provide inputs for employee growth and retention.

Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or industrial catering.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in bulk and specialized hiring.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural Fit: Ability to balance operational rigor with people-centric approach in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,225.28 per month
