Job Responsibility Profile: Admin Manager1. Human Resources & Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
  • Oversee onboarding formalities—documentation, induction, system access, and initial training coordination.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and ensure timely updates to HR databases.
  • Support implementation of HR policies, employee engagement activities, and grievance redressal.

2. Office Administration

  • Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services; maintain vendor relationships.
  • Ensure upkeep of the office environment, infrastructure, and AMC/service issues.
  • Manage contracts and liaise with external agencies (IT support, housekeeping, security, maintenance, etc.).

3. Client Coordination & Relationship Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients for operational or administrative queries.
  • Schedule client meetings, manage communication flow, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
  • Assist client-servicing teams in documentation, reporting, and other administrative support.

4. Team Communication & Internal Coordination

  • Facilitate effective communication between management and teams—circulate updates, policies, and announcements.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental workflows to avoid bottlenecks and resolve operational issues.
  • Assist senior management in preparing internal reports, MIS, and presentations.

5. Finance & Petty Cash Management

  • Handle petty cash transactions, maintain vouchers, and ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Support finance team in invoicing, expense submissions, vendor payments, and monthly closing basics.
  • Maintain transparency and accuracy in expense tracking and budgeting for administrative costs.

6. Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and execution of office events, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Monitor and improve administrative processes for better efficiency.
  • Take on special projects assigned by senior management.
  • Handle regulatory filings as per the direction of senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
