We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal support across a broad range of corporate matters including contracts, compliance, structuring, mergers &amp; acquisitions, and regulatory affairs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, NDAs, SLAs, vendor/supplier contracts, and investor documents (SHA, SSA, etc.)</li><li>Assist in structuring and executing corporate transactions such as M&amp;A, private equity/venture capital deals, and joint ventures.</li><li>Conduct legal due diligence and prepare reports or red flag summaries for transactions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, SEBI/ROC regulations, FEMA guidelines, and other relevant legal frameworks.</li><li>Support corporate governance activities including board meetings, resolutions, and secretarial documentation.</li><li>Advise internal teams and stakeholders on contract risks, dispute mitigation, and legal strategies.</li><li>Liaise with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and government agencies as required.</li><li>Maintain a centralized repository for legal documents and ensure version control.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university; LL.M. or CS qualification is a plus.</li><li>[2&ndash;5] years of experience in corporate legal work (preferably in a law firm ).</li><li>Solid understanding of Companies Act, Contract Act, FEMA, and other relevant regulations.</li><li>Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously under tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with private equity / venture capital transactions or startup ecosystem.</li><li>Exposure to cross-border transactions and international legal frameworks.</li><li>Proficiency in legal research tools (Manupatra, SCC, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;450,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Responsibility Profile: Admin Manager1. Human Resources &amp; Hiring<ul><li>Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads.</li><li>Oversee onboarding formalities&mdash;documentation, induction, system access, and initial training coordination.</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and ensure timely updates to HR databases.</li><li>Support implementation of HR policies, employee engagement activities, and grievance redressal.</li></ul>2. Office Administration<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.</li><li>Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services; maintain vendor relationships.</li><li>Ensure upkeep of the office environment, infrastructure, and AMC/service issues.</li><li>Manage contracts and liaise with external agencies (IT support, housekeeping, security, maintenance, etc.).</li></ul>3. Client Coordination &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for clients for operational or administrative queries.</li><li>Schedule client meetings, manage communication flow, and ensure follow-ups are completed.</li><li>Assist client-servicing teams in documentation, reporting, and other administrative support.</li></ul>4. Team Communication &amp; Internal Coordination<ul><li>Facilitate effective communication between management and teams&mdash;circulate updates, policies, and announcements.</li><li>Coordinate inter-departmental workflows to avoid bottlenecks and resolve operational issues.</li><li>Assist senior management in preparing internal reports, MIS, and presentations.</li></ul>5. Finance &amp; Petty Cash Management<ul><li>Handle petty cash transactions, maintain vouchers, and ensure timely reconciliation.</li><li>Support finance team in invoicing, expense submissions, vendor payments, and monthly closing basics.</li><li>Maintain transparency and accuracy in expense tracking and budgeting for administrative costs.</li></ul>6.
