Ministry Description 
Position Overview
The position of the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO primarily provides high-level administrative support to the President/CEO of Faith Lutheran Middle School &amp; High School. Secondarily, the role provides support to the Chief Financial Officer &amp; Director of Advancement of Faith Lutheran Middle/High School, as well as governance support to the Board of Directors of the Lutheran Secondary School Association of Clark County, Nevada, Inc (referred to from here as the &ldquo;Association&rdquo;) to ensure its efficient and effective operation. This trusted role serves as key support between the President/CEO, the Board of Directors, and internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the Executive Assistant oversees and coordinates the organization&rsquo;s administrative support team to ensure consistency, efficiency and mission aligned operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and deeply aligned with the schools&rsquo; mission and values.
