Position Overview
The position of the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO primarily provides high-level administrative support to the President/CEO of Faith Lutheran Middle School & High School. Secondarily, the role provides support to the Chief Financial Officer & Director of Advancement of Faith Lutheran Middle/High School, as well as governance support to the Board of Directors of the Lutheran Secondary School Association of Clark County, Nevada, Inc (referred to from here as the “Association”) to ensure its efficient and effective operation. This trusted role serves as key support between the President/CEO, the Board of Directors, and internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the Executive Assistant oversees and coordinates the organization’s administrative support team to ensure consistency, efficiency and mission aligned operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and deeply aligned with the schools’ mission and values.
