If you enjoy helping others, love being outdoors, and want meaningful work surrounded by pets, you might be the next member of our Faithful Friends family.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Provide in-home care for dogs, cats, and other small pets while clients are away.</li><li>Walk dogs safely and confidently (varied breeds, sizes, and energy levels).</li><li>Feed, refresh water, administer medication (if needed), and ensure pets&rsquo; comfort.</li><li>Maintain detailed visit reports, photos, and updates for clients.</li><li>Build trust through consistent, compassionate, and professional care.</li><li>Review client profiles and be prepared and ready to go for your shift.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Hours<ul><li>Flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to work every other weekend and some holidays.</li><li>Midday dog-walking availability (10 AM &ndash; 3 PM) preferred.</li><li>Work is local &mdash; primarily in Cary and Apex.</li><li>This role is perfect for someone who wants part-time, rewarding, meaningful work that fits into their lifestyle</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Dependable, responsible, and trustworthy &mdash; pets and people rely on you.</li><li>Confident and calm when handling animals of all sizes.</li><li>Friendly and professional when communicating with clients.</li><li>Organized and punctual; you take pride in doing things right.</li><li>Comfortable using a smartphone app for visit notes and photos.</li><li>Have reliable transportation and live within 10 minutes of Cary., Apex and surrounding communities.</li></ul>✅ Requirements<ul><li>Must be 18 years or older.</li><li>Must pass a background check.</li><li>Have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable, insured vehicle.</li><li>Must love dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, aquatics &mdash; and be comfortable cleaning up after them.</li><li>Able to work independently and outdoors in all weather conditions.</li><li>Must be available for early morning shifts starting at 7AM and night shifts from 7PM-9PM.
