 The Registered Nurse is responsible in Assessment, Management and Provision of Quality Nursing Care to all patients. An active member of the multidisciplinary team and collaborates in the development, execution, and evaluation of the multidisciplinary plan of care or critical pathway.
 The Critical Care Nurses (ICU/CCU) provide care to acutely and critically ill patients, in a highly technical and ongoing monitoring environment. Provides 24/7 care to patients with life-threatening problems and varying needs, requires extensive medication protocols and therapies.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 
1. Clinical Duties: 
Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations, taking vital signs, and monitoring symptoms.
 
Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans based on patient assessments and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
 
Administers medications and treatments as physicians prescribe and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
 
Provides care for wounds, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
 
Assists physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
 
Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
 
Observe and record patients' conditions, including changes in symptoms or behaviors, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
 
Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
 
Conducts purposeful rounding for patients to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
 
Adhere to strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
 
Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to help prevent facility-acquired infection.
 
Maintain the cleanliness of the patient items and equipment as per Fakeeh Care policies.
 
Follow established protocols for different emergencies (e.g., codes, and RRT), ensuring patient safety and effective response.
 
Innovate in patient care and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Clerical skills (Preparing agenda and taking minutes of meetings, scanning documents, and more
 
Experience: 
Minimum 3 years of continuous nursing experience in UAE or from home country
 
Minimum 3 years’ experience in in Critical Care (ICU/CCU).
 
Previous overseas experience is advantage but not required
 
Education:Education requirements: 
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
 
Licenses / Certifications: 
Current RN License
 
DHA License or DHA Eligibility
 
BLS

Resident Medical Officer - Obstetrics & Gynecology
 
Committed to providing patient care in In-Patient setting to ensure full 24 hours coverage of Obstetrics & Gynecology unit under supervision of the Consultants & Specialists. Provide support to the clinical staff and ensure optimal clinical care of patients in line with the set standards. Provide care using an evidence-based approach in keeping with accepted international and professional standards.
 
Qualification & Experience required: 
MBBS or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
 
MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
 
4-6 years post qualification experience as Resident Officer in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
 
UAE experience as RMO well regarded, preferably in busy setup
 
Current license to practice/ Eligibility from Dubai Health Authority is essential.
 
Preference to those available to join immediately.
 
Main Duties & Responsibilities: 
Assists in monitoring patients’ vital signs and general condition.
 
Assists administration of medication in consultation with the Consultants & Specialists.
 
Assist the Consultants & Specialists to manage clinical risks.
 
Coordinate and direct a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to determine adequate care plan and ensure high-quality patient care.
 
Skills required: 
Proficiency in an electronic medical record system.
 
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
 
Critical thinking skills.
 
Works in different shifts (Days & Nights) to ensure full coverage.
 
48 hours working week
