Role Summary
The HR Associate will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across key Human Resources functions, including onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, documentation, HR systems, and employee records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end onboarding process, including document collection, employment contracts, orientation coordination, and HR system updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Assist employees with HR-related queries regarding policies, leave, attendance, benefits, and other employment matters.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, employment verification documents, and other employee correspondence.
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with pre-employment documentation.
- Update and maintain employee information in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Assist with leave management, attendance monitoring, and employee lifecycle transactions.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and HR events.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel records.
- Support HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.
- Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
- Experience using HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, or similar) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
