We are hiring a confident and well-spoken female staff member to handle inbound calls for our immigration consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for guiding clients and converting inquiries into successful cases.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle incoming calls from clients interested in immigration (Canada, UK, USA, etc.)</li><li>Provide complete information about visa processes, requirements, and services</li><li>Maintain a professional and friendly tone with all clients</li><li>Record client details and maintain proper follow-ups</li><li>Coordinate with internal team for application processing</li><li>Convert inquiries into potential clients (sales conversion)</li></ul>Workload &amp; Daily Tasks:<ul><li>Respond to WhatsApp and social media inquiries if needed</li><li>Maintain daily call and client records</li><li>Follow up with interested clients regularly</li></ul>✅ Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidate (preferred for front desk / call handling role)</li><li>Good communication skills (Urdu &amp; basic English)</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, WhatsApp, CRM)</li><li>Confident, polite, and target-oriented</li><li>Experience in call center or immigration is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
