We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a contracting company, with a strong understanding of project scheduling, site coordination, documentation, and communication between teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and assist in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of projects.Work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Contractors to ensure timely progress.Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, and reports.Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear communication.Prepare progress reports and assist in resolving project issues.Monitor compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.Support procurement activities, including material requisition and vendor follow-up.Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related correspondence and records.Qualifications &amp; SkillsBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in a project coordination roleStrong organizational and time management skills.Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, or other project management tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.Job Type: Full-timePlease send CVs to Info@almaidanagcm.aeJob Type: Full-time

Job Title: Procurement Officer &ndash; Infrastructure ProjectsJob DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Officer to manage procurement and purchasing activities for infrastructure &amp; electrical projects(TAQA D). The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical, Civil and water infrastructure works, supplier sourcing, and procurement processes within contracting companies.Qualifications &amp; SkillsBachelor&rsquo;s Degree (mandatory).2&ndash;3 years of proven experience in procurement and purchasing within a contracting company-UAE.Strong knowledge of infrastructure works, particularly electrical, CIVIL and water projects.Experience handling LPOs, POs, and LOIs.Good knowledge of infrastructure material suppliers and vendors.Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors.Proficient in computer applications (MS Office and procurement systems).Excellent communication and coordination skills.Preference will be given to candidates with:Experience in TAQA Distribution / ADDC projects.Experience in electrical infrastructure projects.Prior work experience within the GCC region.Application DetailsSalary: To be discussed during the interview, based on experience and qualifications.Joining Date: Immediate availability preferred, or as per the candidate&rsquo;s notice period.Job Type: Full-time
