Job Summary- office Assistant- Estimation, tendering & project coordination
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, document management, tender submissions, supplier coordination, and general office support. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to management and project teams.
Prepare, quotations, proposals, and reports.
preparation of official letters
Assist in tender documentation, submissions, and follow-up with clients and suppliers.
Maintain organized records of contracts, project documents, and correspondence.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients regarding project requirements.
Manage emails, phone calls, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Maintain office filing systems,
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Handle other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in electrical /civil
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same field or office assistant role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
