- Responsible for customer inquires, general filing, phone calls, emails, work orders, etc.
- Facilitated communication between various cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity through reports and spreadsheets as requested.
- Issues, receives, types and processes various types of applications and forms
- Assists with the processing of various correspondence and notifications
- Coordinated with different team leads and managers on project costs, data entry, database maintenance
- Has understanding of figures and numbers, handling invoices, customer service and admin tasks.
- Act as Sales coordinator and Admin in charge
- Adjust stock levels and generate purchase orders as needed for customers and keep the office in a general clean and tidy state.
- Highly independent individual in charge of all administrative tasks supporting business operations
- Responsible for all administrative task, communicate to department for daily enquiries, reports, letters, LPO, etc..
