We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented GTO Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Heidelberg GTO printing presses (single or multi-color) to produce high-quality printed materials. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color accuracy, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to meeting production deadlines while minimizing waste.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Setup &amp; Operation: Set up Heidelberg GTO printing presses according to job specifications (ink, water balance, plates, and paper stock).</li><li>Quality Control: Monitor the printing process continuously to ensure correct registration, color consistency, and sharp print quality. Adjust ink and water keys as needed.</li><li>Maintenance: Perform routine troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and thorough cleaning of the press (rollers, blankets, and ink fountains).</li><li>Job Review: Read and interpret job tickets to determine quantities, stock specifications, and special instructions.</li><li>Efficiency: Manage run speeds to meet production targets while keeping paper and ink waste to a minimum.</li><li>Safety &amp; Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area adhering to all company safety protocols.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience operating Heidelberg GTO presses (GTO 46, GTO 52, etc.).</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of offset printing processes, ink/water balance, plate positioning, and paper weights.</li><li>Color Vision: Excellent color perception and matching skills (ability to pass a color blindness test may be required).</li><li>Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs], and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li><li>Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on precision, quality control, and spotting minor print defects quickly.</li><li>Schedule flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as production demands require.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and technical training.</li><li>A safe, clean, and collaborative working environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per monthWork Location: In person
