This role is responsible for executing work, leading projects, coordinating with on-site subcontractors, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.This is a leadership role, not just a labor position. Project ExecutionA) Lead small to mid-sized residential projects from start to finish B) Perform and oversee skilled work across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, light plumbing/electrical, etc.) C) Ensure all work meets scope, quality standards, and client expectations2. Jobsite LeadershipA) Direct helper(s) or small crews as needed B) Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure smooth workflow C) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite3. CommunicationA) Communicate clearly with the owner and clients B) Identify issues early and propose solutions C) Document progress using photos and project software4. Planning &amp; EfficiencyA) Read scopes and understand project flow B) Plan ahead for materials, tools, and sequencing C) Minimize downtime, rework, and callbacksQualifications1. ExperienceA) 3&ndash;5+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience preferred B) Proven ability to run jobs or lead projects independently C) Strong multi-trade skillset (carpentry, drywall, light plumbing/electrical, painting)2. Work StandardsA) High attention to detail and pride in workmanship B) Clean, professional appearance and demeanor C) Strong work ethic and reliability3.
