The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will alternate between both locations as needed for support.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls politely and professionally.</li><li>Assist and educate clients with the flooring that best suits their needs.</li><li>Assists sales teams with ordering samples.</li><li>Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.</li><li>Provide support to other departments as needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>A friendly and professional appearance.</li><li>High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and growth.</li><li>A positive and inclusive work environment.</li></ul>Family Floors is an equal opportunity employer.
