Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will alternate between both locations as needed for support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls politely and professionally.
• Assist and educate clients with the flooring that best suits their needs.
• Assists sales teams with ordering samples.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A friendly and professional appearance.
• High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
