Your passion for improving communication and quality of life will drive your success in a fast-paced, supportive environment dedicated to innovation and excellence.Duties<ul><li>Conduct diagnostic evaluations of hearing using advanced audiological equipment</li><li>Fit, program, and adjust hearing instruments tailored to each patient's unique needs</li><li>Provide detailed patient counseling on device usage, maintenance, and hearing health strategies</li><li>Collaborate with otolaryngologists and other medical professionals to coordinate patient care plans</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, test results, and treatment plans</li><li>Educate patients on communication strategies and assistive listening devices to enhance their daily lives</li><li>Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage appointments, follow-ups, and inventory of hearing devices</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Certification or licensure as an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist in accordance with state or national regulations</li><li>Proficiency in medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation techniques</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively educate and support patients of all ages</li><li>Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple cases and documentation efficiently</li><li>Customer service orientation combined with sales skills to recommend appropriate hearing solutions confidently</li><li>Leadership qualities that foster teamwork within the clinic environment</li></ul>Join us in delivering life-changing hearing care!
