Duties

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations of hearing using advanced audiological equipment
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing instruments tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Provide detailed patient counseling on device usage, maintenance, and hearing health strategies
• Collaborate with otolaryngologists and other medical professionals to coordinate patient care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, test results, and treatment plans
• Educate patients on communication strategies and assistive listening devices to enhance their daily lives
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage appointments, follow-ups, and inventory of hearing devices

Requirements

• Certification or licensure as an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist in accordance with state or national regulations
• Proficiency in medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation techniques
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate and support patients of all ages
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple cases and documentation efficiently
• Customer service orientation combined with sales skills to recommend appropriate hearing solutions confidently
• Leadership qualities that foster teamwork within the clinic environment

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
