Family RV is looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented RV Parts &amp; Warranty Administrator to support our Service Department. This role manages parts ordering, inventory accuracy, and warranty claim processing to keep our repair operations running smoothly.Responsibilities<ul><li>Order, receive, and stock parts from manufacturers and suppliers</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory, bin locations, and cycle counts</li><li>Submit and track warranty claims with proper documentation</li><li>Follow up on unpaid or denied claims</li><li>Support technicians by verifying warranty coverage and pulling parts</li><li>Prepare parts for repair orders and ensure accurate billing</li><li>Process returns, vendor credits, and warranty part returns</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years in RV, automotive, marine, or dealership parts/service/warranty</li><li>Experience with manufacturer warranty portals preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and administrative skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment</li><li>Dealership software experience a plus</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Schedule<ul><li>$22&ndash;$30 per hour, depending on experience</li><li>Full‑time, Monday&ndash;Friday (occasional Saturdays during peak season)</li><li>Performance bonuses, paid time off, employee discounts, and growth opportunities</li></ul>About UsFamily RV is a growing dealership serving Northern California with Sales, Rentals, Service, and Parts.
