RV Parts & Warranty Administrator

Family RV is looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented RV Parts & Warranty Administrator to support our Service Department. This role manages parts ordering, inventory accuracy, and warranty claim processing to keep our repair operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Order, receive, and stock parts from manufacturers and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate inventory, bin locations, and cycle counts
  • Submit and track warranty claims with proper documentation
  • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims
  • Support technicians by verifying warranty coverage and pulling parts
  • Prepare parts for repair orders and ensure accurate billing
  • Process returns, vendor credits, and warranty part returns

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in RV, automotive, marine, or dealership parts/service/warranty
  • Experience with manufacturer warranty portals preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Dealership software experience a plus

Compensation & Schedule

  • $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience
  • Full‑time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays during peak season)
