Job descriptionJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker+Pastry cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing artisanal breads along with high-quality desserts using traditional techniques, ensuring consistency, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. If you have a love for bread/dessert crafting and experience working with dough+desserts we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare artisanal breads and desserts to perfection from scratch.</li><li>Create and cook breads and desserts using traditional and modern techniques.</li><li>Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve desired results.</li><li>Knowledge of pre ferments, artisanal bread baking, stretch and folds.</li><li>Know how to work with delicate desserts.</li><li>Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety regulations.</li><li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Baker/ Pastry cook.</li><li>Familiarity with different bread baking procedures.</li><li>Ability to work with high-temperature ovens.</li><li>Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Intermediate, Culinary training or hands-on experience of 2 years in bread/dessert making.</li><li>Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>EOBI</li><li>Meal Allowance</li><li>Tips</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs 40,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
