<div><div><div><p>As VP, Enterprise Applications and Engineering for <b>Supply Chain Solutions</b>, you will <b>own both the application portfolio and engineering function for supply chain technologies</b>. This includes responsibility for <b>all packaged supply chain applications</b>&mdash;such as <b>Manhattan Associates (WMS/TMS), Bamboo Rose (PLM), VibeIQ, and O9 (IBP)</b>&mdash;as well as select non-packaged applications and custom development required to enable supply chain operations.</p>
</div><div><p>You will establish the structure, processes, and resources required for <b>application management and support</b>, which are not fully in place today, while also leading engineering for <b>custom development and integration</b> within the supply chain domain. You will partner closely with a strong <b>Product Management team</b>, which owns the primary relationship with business stakeholders, to define roadmaps and ensure delivery aligns with business priorities. Your leadership will be critical in building a scalable, reliable application and engineering ecosystem that supports Fanatics&rsquo; growth ambitions and readiness for a potential IPO.</p><br>

</div><p></p><div><ul><li><b>Build and lead the Supply Chain Applications and Engineering organization</b>, including defining structure, hiring key resources, and establishing processes for application management and support.</li>
<li><b>Collaborate with Product Management</b> to define and maintain <b>short- and long-term roadmaps for supply chain applications</b>, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business priorities.</li>
<li><b>Own engineering delivery and standards</b> for custom development, integrations, and enhancements to packaged and non-packaged supply chain applications.</li>
<li><b>Lead project delivery for large-scale supply chain transformation programs</b>, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and measurable business impact.</li>
<li>Establish <b>governance and best practices</b> for application lifecycle management, including configuration, testing, security, and compliance.</li>
<li>Drive <b>standardization and optimization</b> of packaged supply chain applications (Manhattan Associates, Bamboo Rose, VibeIQ, O9) and prioritized custom solutions.</li>
<li>Define and track <b>KPIs for application performance, reliability, user adoption, and engineering delivery metrics</b>.</li>
<li>Oversee <b>vendor relationships and contract negotiations</b> for packaged supply chain solutions.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of <b>technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement</b> across applications and engineering teams.</li><br>

</div><p></p><div><ul><li>12+ years of experience in <b>enterprise application leadership and engineering oversight</b>, ideally in high-volume, omni-channel environments.</li>
<li>Proven track record managing <b>packaged supply chain application ecosystems</b> and select non-packaged solutions.</li>
<li>Experience building <b>application management structures and teams</b> from the ground up.</li>
<li>Strong background in <b>custom development and integration engineering</b> within supply chain domains.</li>
<li>Experience leading <b>large-scale transformation programs</b> across multiple business units.</li>
<li>Ability to translate <b>business strategy into application and engineering roadmaps</b> and communicate effectively at all levels.</li><br>
