Overview</b></h3><p>
Fann Contracting, Inc. seeks a knowledgeable IT Specialist to support, develop, and integrate IT systems in our busy Prescott, AZ office. This role involves troubleshooting, user support, system maintenance, and technology training.
</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Provide end user IT support and troubleshooting.</li><li>
Assist with development and integration of corporate IT systems and networks (e.g., Windows Server, RDP, TCP/IP, Mac OS).</li><li>
Support technology implementation and device management (iPhones, Macs).</li><li>
Generate IT reports and assist other teams as needed.</li><li>
Train users on new and existing IT systems.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.</li><li>
Familiarity with Windows Server, Mac OS, and TCP/IP networking.</li><li>
Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>
Ability to train users and explain technical concepts.</li><li>
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Corporate IT experience.</li><li>
Experience with SQL databases.</li><li>
Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, Macs).</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Compensation &amp; Benefits</b></h3><ul><li>
Pay: $20-$27/hour, DOE</li><li>
