Location: Prescott, AZ

Overview

Fann Contracting, Inc. seeks a knowledgeable IT Specialist to support, develop, and integrate IT systems in our busy Prescott, AZ office. This role involves troubleshooting, user support, system maintenance, and technology training.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end user IT support and troubleshooting.
• Assist with development and integration of corporate IT systems and networks (e.g., Windows Server, RDP, TCP/IP, Mac OS).
• Support technology implementation and device management (iPhones, Macs).
• Generate IT reports and assist other teams as needed.
• Train users on new and existing IT systems.

Required Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Mac OS, and TCP/IP networking.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to train users and explain technical concepts.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Corporate IT experience.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, Macs).

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $20-$27/hour, DOE

This is a full-time, hourly position in an office-based environment.
