IT Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Manage global IT data center and IT room resources from Atlanta, GA.
• Oversee monitoring systems, uptime, performance, and capacity planning for critical IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with Facilities/Construction and traditional IT teams across the globe.
• Lead the development, design, implementation, optimization, and operation of ICT spaces and systems.
• Manage and mentor direct reports, setting performance expectations and guiding career development.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field OR Bachelor's degree in a non-technical field with 5+ years of IT-relevant experience OR High School diploma/equivalent with 10+ years of IT-relevant experience.
• 6+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience leading projects or programs.
• Subject matter expertise in ICT spaces and standards, IT Security, Operations, and Project Management.
• Proven track record in operating Mission Critical IT spaces.
• Proficiency in analysis, selection, and modification of IT Infrastructure Management systems and software.
