The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in achieving revenue targets, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes creating and implementing effective sales strategies, managing accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and monitoring market trends to ensure competitive positioning. The role also involves preparing sales reports and forecasts, and consistently ensuring high standards of customer service.QualificationsStrong knowledge of sales strategies, client relationship management, and market analysisProficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to create and analyze sales reports and performance metricsProven experience in hotel or hospitality sales is highly desirableFamiliarity with Manama&rsquo;s business and tourism sectors would be advantageousExcellent teamwork and leadership capabilitiesProficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related fieldJob Type: Full-time
