Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales located in Manama. The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in achieving revenue targets, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes creating and implementing effective sales strategies, managing accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and monitoring market trends to ensure competitive positioning. The role also involves preparing sales reports and forecasts, and consistently ensuring high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of sales strategies, client relationship management, and market analysis

Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to create and analyze sales reports and performance metrics

Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales is highly desirable

Familiarity with Manama’s business and tourism sectors would be advantageous

Excellent teamwork and leadership capabilities

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
