First Motors is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Associate to join our expanding team. This is a Full-Time position based in Bahrain. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives across our varied portfolio, contributing to our global vision and helping us meet future challenges. This role is specifically open to a Bahraini Candidate.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Support content development for social media, email marketing, websites, and printed materials.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars and timelines.
2. Digital & Social Media
- Help manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Create basic graphics or coordinate with designers for visual assets.
- Track and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics.
3. Research & Analysis
- Conduct competitor and market research to support campaign planning.
- Assist in compiling campaign performance reports and insights.
4. Event Coordination
- Support the execution of automotive events (e.g. launches, roadshows, test drive events).
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and registrations with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Administrative Tasks
- Manage marketing files, assets, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for marketing collateral and activations.
- Create PRs (Purchase Requisitions) and LPOs (Local Purchase Orders) for all marketing-related expenses.
- Ensure proper recording and tracking of all marketing expenditures and documentation.
- Assist with invoice processing and liaise with the finance department for payment follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- A diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, demonstrating a solid understanding of marketing principles (Preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite and familiarity with marketing software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
- A proactive and creative individual who is able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working across diverse industries is highly desirable.
