  • 5+ years in marketing or communications.
  • 2+ years in data analysis, KPI reporting, and optimization.
  • Experience in business analysis capable of interpreting data trends to support strategic and business decision making.
  • Strong command of GA4 / Google Ads / Meta Business Suite, tracking, and dashboards (Microsoft Dynamics / Power BI).
  • Project management experience; able to lead timelines and cross-functional work.
  • BS/MS in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Excellent analytical writing and communication skills.
