JOB PURPOSE
The Cyber Security Project Manager role is to lead, oversee, execute, and ensure the successful delivery and management of single or multiple security projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management to deliver business value and enhance the organization's security posture.
Main Responsibilities:
Liaison & Communication
▪Analyse project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriateprocess for accomplishing projects.
▪Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs.
▪Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
▪Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project lifecycle and confer with project staff to outline work plan.
▪Establish work plan and staffing for project activities, iterations, or phases, and arrange forrecruitment or assignment of project personnel.
▪Implement project communication plan.
▪Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans specifically for cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
▪Monitor project activities, ensuring the currency, quality and integrity of the information,while providing consistency in content and "look and feel" across the enterprise.
▪Ensure that project goals are accomplished and are in line with business and securityobjectives.
▪Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel.
▪Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure that the project progresseson schedule and within budget.
▪Prepare and Develop status reports and modify schedules or plans as required.
Operational Management
▪Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
▪Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
▪Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
▪Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
▪Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
▪Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
▪Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
▪Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Acquisition & Deployment
▪Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
▪Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
▪Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Threshold Qualifications
▪A Bachelor's Degree in a related area such as Computer Science, Cyber Security, orInformation Technology.
▪Project Management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP.
▪Cyber Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred.Years & Nature of Experience
▪Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of experience in asimilar role managing dedicated cyber security projects (e.g., SIEM implementation,ISO 27001 certification, Vulnerability Management programs).
▪Experience in managing technical and business-focused security projects.
▪Experience with managing Waterfall and Agile Projects, with executing transformation from waterfall to Agile.

Experience and Knowledge:
▪Strong familiarity with project management software.
▪Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), technologies, and principles.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
▪Ensure Projects are completed on time and budget.
▪Ensure projects are well communicated to stakeholders by identifying progress and proper identification ofissues and risks.
▪Deviation from Estimated vs Actuals for cost and schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: BD1,500.000 - BD2,000.000 per month
