 Essential Duties And Responsibilities

 Strong knowledge of bank products and services, with the ability to recognize customer needs, and cross-sell bank products

 Participate in the bank&rsquo;s referral program and utilize any applicable technology and/or programs to effectively show results

 Will be expected to meet specific referral goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly basis

 SUMMARY:
 
 Under the supervision of the Reporting Managers, this associate is responsible for supporting the Relationship Managers in all phases of the commercial relationship management process, including acquiring and closing new loan originations and renewals, portfolio administration, as well as providing customer service
 
 
 to clients and working with internal departments and partners on both product/service delivery and resolution of issues.
