 Strong knowledge of bank products and services, with the ability to recognize customer needs, and cross-sell bank products

 The Content Creator/Copywriter will be responsible for developing compelling, strategic, and brand-consistent content that supports the bank&rsquo;s marketing, communications, and community engagement initiatives. Responsibilities will include: serving as the primary writer for both internal and external communications, improving brand awareness and positioning; and responsible for writing and editing of Capital Ideas magazine.
 
 
 
 Essential Duties And Responsibilities

 Develop and write engaging digital content for blogs, website pages, email campaigns, social media, digital ads and customer education materials
 </li>

 Write professional communication documents such as press releases, formal notices, emails, etc.

 SUMMARY:
 
 Under the supervision of the Reporting Managers, this associate is responsible for supporting the Relationship Managers in all phases of the commercial relationship management process, including acquiring and closing new loan originations and renewals, portfolio administration, as well as providing customer service
 
 
 to clients and working with internal departments and partners on both product/service delivery and resolution of issues.
 
 
 
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

 Prepare proposal and commitment letter

 Assist in the scheduling of appointments and maintenance of the calendar as requested

 Prepare loan documents through the use of Laser Pro Software or coordination with outside legal counsel

 Monitor delinquencies and notify the Reporting Manager of those that will be 30 days or longer delinquent at month&rsquo;s end

 Assist with delinquency collection, matured loans, and other account maintenance
