<h3>Job Purpose: &nbsp;</h3><ul><li>Support the Associate Director of Security in achieving departmental goals.</li><li>Supervise day-to-day operations, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.</li><li>Manage team discipline, performance appraisals, and HSE responsibilities.</li></ul>&nbsp;<h3>Key Accountabilities:</h3>&nbsp;<ul><li>Conduct random site inspections (day/night) to ensure performance and compliance.</li><li>Motivate, discipline, and communicate regularly with team members.</li><li>Investigate incidents and report to SIRA/ASSD.</li><li>Manage administrative duties—leave planning, appraisals, and reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with Accounts for payment follow-up and collections.</li><li>Handle client communication and complaints within 24 hours.</li><li>Oversee vehicle and property use by staff.</li><li>Coordinate SIRA/PSBD licensing and training.</li><li>Manage deployment, relievers, and replacements.</li><li>Conduct customer meetings, ensure KPIs and satisfaction.</li><li>Oversee HSE compliance, report incidents within 12 hours.</li><li>Ensure site resources (water, shade, toilets) and accommodation standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;<h3>Detailed Responsibilities:</h3>&nbsp;A. Operations Management<ul><li>Plan monthly schedules, appraisals, and supervisor visits.</li><li>Conduct audits, site surveys, and risk assessments.</li><li>Ensure continuous improvement in deployment and staff welfare. &nbsp;</li></ul>B. Customer Management<ul><li>Schedule regular meetings and ensure zero absenteeism and high satisfaction.</li><li>Seek opportunities for organic growth. &nbsp;</li></ul>C. Administration<ul><li>Standardize and deliver monthly reports.</li><li>Oversee invoice documentation and submission. &nbsp;</li></ul>D. Training<ul><li>Ensure compliance with SIRA licensing.</li><li>Manage in-house, on-site, and digital training (via Farnek Buddy). &nbsp;</li></ul>E. Department Monthly Report<ul><li>Summarize activities, challenges, and achievements monthly.</li></ul>&nbsp;<h3>Key Performance Indicators &nbsp;</h3><ul><li>Operations Management: 40%</li><li>Customer Management: 20%</li><li>Administration: 15%</li><li>Training: 15%</li><li>Department Report: 10%</li></ul>&nbsp;<h3>Qualifications &amp; Experience &nbsp;</h3>Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience: Minimum 6 years in a similar role Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong organizational awareness and professionalism</li><li>Team leadership and operational planning</li><li>Customer service excellence</li><li>Adaptability and effective communication</li></ul>
