&lt;Job Summary&gt; We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will support a wide range of legal functions across several practice areas, including estate planning and probate.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;.<ul><li>Draft legal documents including wills, powers of attorney, health care agents, living wills, trust, and correspondence with precision and clarity.</li><li>Draft probate documents for conservatorships and estate.</li><li>Perform client interviews and gather relevant information to assist in case development.</li></ul>&lt;Experience&gt;<ul><li>Prior paralegal experience in a law office or legal environment is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Excellent writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence.</li><li>Strong proofreading and transcription abilities to ensure accuracy of all legal materials.</li><li>Effective interviewing skills for gathering detailed client information across various practice areas.</li><li>Administrative experience supporting attorneys or legal teams with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management systems use.</li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette combined with professional organizational skills to facilitate seamless office operations.</li></ul>Pay: From $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
