<Job Summary>
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will support a wide range of legal functions across several practice areas, including estate planning and probate.
<Responsibilities>.
- Draft legal documents including wills, powers of attorney, health care agents, living wills, trust, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Draft probate documents for conservatorships and estate.
- Perform client interviews and gather relevant information to assist in case development.
<Experience>
- Prior paralegal experience in a law office or legal environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence.
- Strong proofreading and transcription abilities to ensure accuracy of all legal materials.
- Effective interviewing skills for gathering detailed client information across various practice areas.
- Administrative experience supporting attorneys or legal teams with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management systems use.
- Exceptional phone etiquette combined with professional organizational skills to facilitate seamless office operations.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
