This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while contributing to a lively and engaging dining experience.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival, making them feel welcome and valued from the moment they step in</li><li>Manage to go orders efficiently using POS systems such as Toast and also ensuring accurate seating assignments</li><li>Coordinate with the dining staff to optimize table turnover and minimize wait times</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring all materials are stocked and ready for service</li><li>Answer guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing information about wait times or menu details</li><li>Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously</li><li>Support the restaurant team during busy hours by facilitating smooth communication between hosts, servers, and kitchen staff</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as a Host or in a similar customer service role within food service or hospitality environments</li><li>Strong communication skills with an energetic, friendly demeanor</li><li>Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred; hotel experience is a plus</li><li>Experience in restaurant settings with an understanding of guest services and serving procedures</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to ensure every visitor feels appreciated</li><li>Basic familiarity with hospitality standards, including guest services and restaurant operations</li><li>Reliable attendance and punctuality to support team success</li></ul>Join us and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
