You will be the primary architect of our market-entry strategies, ensuring that Fatih Portakal remains a dominant name in regional business excellence.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Strategic Roadmap: Design and execute a 3-year business development plan focused on market penetration within Qatar&rsquo;s evolving commercial sectors.</li><li>Partnership Orchestration: Identify and secure strategic alliances with government entities, private corporations, and international stakeholders.</li><li>Full-Lifecycle Sales Management: Lead high-level negotiations from initial outreach and pitch presentations to contract finalization and post-deal integration.</li><li>Data-Driven Intelligence: Utilize advanced Excel automation (XLOOKUP, Macros) to monitor market competition, lead conversion rates, and regional economic indicators.</li><li>Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the primary executive face of the company in Al Wakrah and Doha, representing Fatih Portakal at major industry forums and networking events.</li><li>Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations departments to ensure all new business ventures are operationally sound and compliant.</li><li>CRM Optimization: Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or equivalent platforms to track the regional sales pipeline and client lifecycle.</li><li>Financial Oversight: Manage the business development budget, ensuring a high ROI on all networking, travel, and promotional activities.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 12+ years of professional experience in business development or strategic sales, with at least 6 years in a directorial or senior leadership capacity within the Middle East.</li><li>Technical Mastery: Expert-level command of Microsoft Excel for data consolidation and revenue forecasting; strong familiarity with BPO-style process optimization.</li><li>Language: Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
