Legal Counsel

 This role is responsible for implementing the Industrial Relations (IR) program at the plant site. The primary objective is to ensure full compliance with government regulations and legal requirements, while providing IR guidance to line managers and employees.
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Description:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure hiring of talent as per agreed plan and timeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare manpower reports and analysis for management's review.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide labor relations support during contract negotiations / administer and interpret various labor agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a liaison between department managers and union representatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide current and prospective staff employees with information about policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cultivates and maintains relationships with relevant Govt. Departments e.g. (EOBI, PESSI Labor Department and Statutory Contribution etc.) for resolution of employee related issues.

 Keeps strong follow ups with social security department and EOBI department for payments to company workers.

 Facilitate training sessions (virtual and classroom) and support internal trainers and external vendors.

 Proficiency in Excel for data analytics and dashboard management for learning KPIs.
 </li>

 Familiarity with DE&amp;I concepts and experience supporting inclusive workplace initiatives.

 Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

 Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and service orientation.

 Prior experience in LMS administration (Oracle preferred) and reporting dashboards is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in instructional design, training facilitation, or DE&amp;I (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is an advantage
 </li>
