Compensation: $6/hour plus tips 

Position Overview

As Lead Bartender, you are both artisan and host. You curate handcrafted cocktails, guide guests through a thoughtful spirits selection, and deliver seamless, luxury-level service in an atmosphere of timeless elegance.

From classic European aperitifs to innovative seasonal creations, every cocktail must reflect balance, precision, and beauty.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Prepare and present handcrafted cocktails with consistency and artistry</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, and premium spirits</li>
<li>Engage guests with warmth, sophistication, and confidence</li>
<li>Maintain immaculate bar presentation and organization</li>
<li>Manage bar inventory, prep, and par levels with attention to detail</li>
<li>Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences</li>
<li>Anticipate guest preferences and deliver intuitive five-star service</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety and responsible alcohol service standards</li>
<li>Be a story teller</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>4+ years of lead bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments preferred</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail craftsmanship</li>
<li>Experience with classic cocktail techniques (stirred, shaken, smoked, infused, etc.)</li>
<li>Polished appearance and professional demeanor</li>
<li>Ability to remain composed and precise during high-volume service</li>
<li>Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Inventory Management and POS Integration experience</li>
