Compensation: $6/hour plus tips

Position Overview

As Lead Bartender, you are both artisan and host. You curate handcrafted cocktails, guide guests through a thoughtful spirits selection, and deliver seamless, luxury-level service in an atmosphere of timeless elegance.

From classic European aperitifs to innovative seasonal creations, every cocktail must reflect balance, precision, and beauty.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present handcrafted cocktails with consistency and artistry
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, and premium spirits
• Engage guests with warmth, sophistication, and confidence
• Maintain immaculate bar presentation and organization
• Manage bar inventory, prep, and par levels with attention to detail
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Anticipate guest preferences and deliver intuitive five-star service
• Adhere to all safety and responsible alcohol service standards
• Be a story teller

Qualifications

• 4+ years of lead bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail craftsmanship
• Experience with classic cocktail techniques (stirred, shaken, smoked, infused, etc.)
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor
• Ability to remain composed and precise during high-volume service
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Inventory Management and POS Integration experience
