About the Role Favour Foundry (aka The Foundry) is a fast-growing marketing studio in California&rsquo;s Central Valley, specializing in food, beverage, and agriculture. We&rsquo;re looking for a Web Developer to join our creative team and help bring brands to life through high-performing websites and digital campaigns.This role is ideal for a technically skilled developer who enjoys blending creativity with functionality. You&rsquo;ll work on building, maintaining, and optimizing websites, while also supporting e-commerce development and digital marketing efforts.Qualifications<ul><li>Proficient in coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; additional frameworks a plus)</li><li>Strong experience developing and maintaining websites in WIX, WordPress and Shopify</li><li>Skilled in setting up and managing email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or similar platforms)</li><li>Understanding of SEO best practices and site performance optimization</li><li>Experience integrating third-party tools, apps, or APIs into websites</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management abilities</li><li>Able to balance technical execution with design and brand consistency</li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning new tools and technologies</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and customize websites in WIX and Shopify, ensuring responsive and user-friendly design</li><li>Maintain, update, and optimize existing websites for performance and SEO</li><li>Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the creative team to ensure sites align with brand strategy</li><li>Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including automation and list management</li><li>Integrate e-commerce tools, payment systems, and other third-party apps</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions</li><li>Track site and campaign analytics, providing insights for optimization</li><li>Stay up-to-date on web development trends, tools, and best practices</li></ul>Experience must be supported by at least two project references (include with resume to careers@favourfoundry.com)Job Type: Full-time independent contractor Pay: $30.00 &ndash; $35.00 per hour Expected Hours: 40 per week Work Location: Hybrid &mdash; a mix of remote work with in-person collaboration at our Kingsburg, California office (and our upcoming Fresno office)Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Kingsburg, CA 93631
