Our focus is on delivering quality beauty services to all the segments of society while building a modern and relatable brand.ResponsibilitiesSalon Management &amp; Operations<ul><li>Oversee daily salon operations, staff scheduling, and service flow.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic presentation of the salon.</li><li>Manage inventory, billing, vendor coordination, and product replenishment.</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead and support different teams- stylists, front desk staff, camera team and housekeeping staff.</li><li>Conduct performance reviews and ensure service standards are met.</li></ul>Client Experience<ul><li>Ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.</li><li>Resolve client concerns and ensure smooth appointment handling in our online Billing System.</li><li>Maintain a welcoming and premium environment.</li></ul>Influencer &amp; Content Coordination<ul><li>Work with influencers, content creators, and camera teams.</li><li>Maintain coordination for reels, before/after shots, and trend-based content.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Business Growth<ul><li>Track billing and daily reporting.</li><li>Support marketing initiatives and seasonal offers.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in salon/spa/beauty/hospitality management (preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Knowledge of beauty trends and salon operations.</li><li>Basic admin, POS, and computer skills.</li><li>Comfort working in an environment with cameras and influencers.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
