We are India's first Freelance Salon Chain. Our Jabalpur outlet is the trendiest salon in town. Known for its premium beauty services with a strong social media presence, regular influencer collaborations, and an in-house camera/content team. Our focus is on delivering quality beauty services to all the segments of society while building a modern and relatable brand.

Responsibilities

Salon Management & Operations

• Oversee daily salon operations, staff scheduling, and service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic presentation of the salon.
• Manage inventory, billing, vendor coordination, and product replenishment.

Team Leadership

• Lead and support different teams- stylists, front desk staff, camera team and housekeeping staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure service standards are met.

Client Experience

• Ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
• Resolve client concerns and ensure smooth appointment handling in our online Billing System.
• Maintain a welcoming and premium environment.

Influencer & Content Coordination

• Work with influencers, content creators, and camera teams.
• Maintain coordination for reels, before/after shots, and trend-based content.

Sales & Business Growth

• Track billing and daily reporting.
• Support marketing initiatives and seasonal offers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in salon/spa/beauty/hospitality management (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of beauty trends and salon operations.
• Basic admin, POS, and computer skills.
• Comfort working in an environment with cameras and influencers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
