Role Overview

The Spa Manager is responsible for overall spa operations, staff management, revenue growth, and guest experience. This includes managing therapists, front desk, scheduling, hotel coordination, and ensuring high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day spa operations inside the hotel
  • Manage therapist schedules, front desk, and service flow
  • Drive revenue through packages, memberships, promotions
  • Maintain spa hygiene, ambience, and treatment quality
  • Handle guest complaints, VIP guests, and special requests
  • Coordinate with hotel management for operations & billing
  • Maintain inventory (oils, consumables, linen, retail products)
  • Prepare daily MIS reports, cash handling & forecasting
  • Conduct staff training and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, and brand standards

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven spa industry experience with team management
  • Strong understanding of Western spa therapies
  • Excellent communication & customer handling
  • Knowledge of hotel operations preferred
  • Ability to manage revenue, scheduling, and service quality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
